OBS: Amigos eu tenho esta dongle, compre-a ano passado porem até hoje nunca usei, apesar de ser um produto já usado lá no exterior, aqui no brasil não é falada em vários fóruns.

Deixo aqui esta postagem para ser discutido e entendido para que possamos nos beneficiar mutuamente com as informações de uso desta dongle.

Pelo que vi e entendi ela é pra ser usada para atualizar os cartões Gevey para suportar novas versões sem a necessidade de comprar um novo cartão Gevey SIM.

The unlock procedure using UPDATE V16

1. Programm your GEVEY AIO with version 16 as if you normally do then
write the correct IMSI at this step; if the IMSI provided is wrong then unlock&
activation will fail !

2. Insert GEVEY together with simcard into phone;

3. Go to General->Reset->Erase all Content and Settings;
- you must do this !

4. Perform the required settings and Activate the phone using iTunes or WiFi;
- iTunes works best

5. Take out the GEVEY while leaving your simcard inside the phone;

6. Power cycle (off then on) the phone!
- Your simcard is still inside.

7. Wait for the activation screen to appear;

8. Connect to iTunes or press Next (if Wifi is available);

9. If you see the message "Activation failed" in iTunes then take out the usb cable,
put the cable back and your phone will be locked to your simcard in no time;
- The same applies to Wifi activation, try 2-3 times if it fails;

10. You are DONE, in few seconds you can see the singnal bars and start
using your iPhone 4S.

Your iPhone is now locked to your simcard !
Keep your GEVEY in case you need to use another simcard with your iPhone 4S
or you perform a 'Erase all Content and Settings' in the future.

IMPORTANT INFO:

How to use your GEVEY after FREE UPDATES are over ?
- If you have already completed FREE updates your GEVEY will be stuck in UPDATE MODE.
- If you press the Read SN button the software will read the SN from your GEVEY
and also restore your GEVEY to the last working state.
- So if your GEVEY was updated with version xx on last successful update,
by using
Read SN button you will be able again to use that version



!! ATTENTION !!

If your GEVEY stopped updating during the
UPDATE procedure because of a FAILURE

DON’T USE THE READ SN BUTTON TO GET
YOUR GEVEY OUT OF UPDATE MODE !!

If you do that it might render your GEVEY UNUSABLE
if the last update WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL.

So you can use this button to get your GEVEY out of UPDATE MODE only if your GEVEY
reached the maximum number of FREE updates !
