erro no desbloqueio W-880i

Amigos,
Estou com W-880i CID 51 p/ desbloqueio e está dando este erro, alguem sabe o que significa?
uns dias atras tambem tentei desbloquear porém w-880i CID 52 e deu o mesmo erro.
ah, utilizo a box CRUISER
